 Patrick Burt is the Owner and President of Coburn Roof Company and proudly represents the third generation of leadership within the family business. Continuing a tradition of dependable roofing service that dates back to 1914, Patrick has dedicated his career to upholding the company’s long-standing reputation for quality workmanship, honesty, and exceptional customer care. Growing up in the roofing industry, Patrick learned the trade from the ground up alongside his father and grandfather. He officially joined the family business in 1967, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of roofing operations, from residential projects to large-scale commercial work. In 1974, the company was incorporated as Burt Inc. doing business as Coburn Roof Company, helping strengthen and expand the business while maintaining the personalized service the company is known for today.  

 Kaley Hammond proudly represents the fourth generation of leadership at Coburn Roof Company and serves as the company’s Head of Operations. Continuing a family tradition of dependable roofing service since 1914, Kaley plays a major role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company while helping uphold the values and reputation Coburn Roof Company has built for over 110 years.

Kaley officially joined the company in 2002 and has become an essential part of managing operations, customer service, scheduling, project coordination, and office management. Known for her organization, communication, and attention to detail, she helps ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish while providing customers with a positive and seamless experience throughout the roofing process.

Working closely alongside her father, Owner and President Patrick Burt, Kaley helps continue the family’s commitment to honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Customers consistently appreciate her responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care in helping guide them through their roofing projects

 Brianne Sullivan is a valued member of the team at Coburn Roof Company, bringing creativity, organization, and a strong commitment to customer service to the company’s daily operations. As part of a family-owned business that has proudly served the South Bay and Los Angeles communities since 1914, Brianne plays an important role in helping maintain the company’s long-standing reputation for professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship.

A lifelong family friend of the Burt family, Brianne’s connection to Coburn Roof Company goes back generations. Her father and Patrick Burt attended high school together, and Brianne and Kaley Burt have been best friends for years. That close relationship and deep familiarity with the company’s family-oriented values make her a natural fit within the Coburn team. Brianne Sullivan is a valued member of the team at Coburn Roof Company, bringing creativity, organization, and a strong commitment to customer service  

With a passion for communication and customer care, Brianne helps coordinate projects, assist homeowners throughout the roofing process, and support the company’s marketing and community presence. From helping customers navigate roofing concerns to showcasing completed projects and company updates, she is dedicated to making every client experience positive and seamless.
